We know how to prevent genocide.
But today, over 60 years after the Holocaust, the crisis in Darfur continues. One year ago this week, the Genocide Prevention Task Force issued clear recommendations for doing better, but the U.S has still failed to act.
It's up to us to see the struggle through. We need strong government action for the people of Darfur today, and for the victims of future genocides tomorrow.
Ask President Obama to make implementing the Genocide Prevention Task Force Report's recommendations a priority. We can't stand by while the threat of genocide looms.
